Vendor and Driver Terms and Conditions
Gogo Cabs Private Limited · Last updated: 30 September 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between Gogo Cabs Private Limited ("Gogo Cabs", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India, and the person or business that registers on our vendor platform ("Vendor", "you").
- CIN: U49224TN2025PTC176839 · GSTIN: 33AALCG7695K1ZW
- Registered office: No. 29, TG Nagar, Avadi, Poonamallee, Ayappakkam, Chennai, Tiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu – 600077, India
- Phone: +91 90928 90928 · Email: support@gogocabs.com
These Terms apply to the vendor website (driver.gogocabs.com), the vendor app and any related service (the "Platform"). They should be read with our Privacy Policy, our Wallet, Refund and Charges Policy, our Pricing page and our Service Standards, which are all part of this agreement.
2. Key terms
- Vendor is the registered account holder. The Vendor owns or operates the vehicles and adds drivers to the account.
- Driver is a person the Vendor adds to the account to drive a vehicle on the Platform.
- Vendor Account is the single central account for the Vendor, its vehicles and its Drivers. Drivers do not have a separate account, wallet or balance.
- Wallet is the prepaid balance held in the Vendor Account, as explained in the Wallet, Refund and Charges Policy.
- Customer is a person who books a ride through Gogo Cabs.
By registering, ticking the acceptance box or using the Platform, you accept these Terms for yourself and for every Driver you add. You must make sure each Driver has read and follows them.
3. Our role and your status
- Gogo Cabs is a technology platform that connects Customers with independent Vendors and Drivers. We do not own the vehicles and we do not employ Vendors or Drivers.
- You are an independent business. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture between you or your Drivers and Gogo Cabs.
- You decide which vehicles and Drivers you offer, and you bear your own costs, such as fuel, tolls you are not reimbursed for, vehicle upkeep, fines, insurance and taxes.
- The transport service is provided by you and your Drivers to the Customer. We provide the Platform, booking, dispatch, pricing shown to Customers, support and complaint handling.
4. Eligibility, registration and verification
- You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into a contract in India, and legally allowed to operate the vehicles you add.
- You must give accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. This includes your name, phone number, email, PAN, bank details, and the documents for each Driver and vehicle.
- We verify the documents you submit, such as the driving licence, vehicle registration, insurance, permits, PAN, identity proof and bank details, and we may check them against government records such as Parivahan. We may ask for more documents at any time. Verification does not mean we guarantee any Driver or vehicle.
- Every Driver must hold a valid driving licence for the vehicle class. Every vehicle must have a valid registration, insurance, fitness certificate and the permits required for the trips it carries out.
- You are responsible for keeping documents valid and renewed. We may stop sending rides to a vehicle or Driver whose documents are expired, unclear or wrong.
- You are responsible for getting each Driver's permission to give us their personal data, and for making sure they know about our Privacy Policy.
5. Registration amount, fees and commission
- Registration. Registering costs ₹700. Of this, ₹400 is credited to your Wallet. The remaining ₹300 is a one-time onboarding fee, including GST, which covers adding your first vehicle (₹200) and your first Driver (₹100). The onboarding fee is used up when you are registered and is not refundable.
- Adding vehicles and Drivers. Adding a further vehicle costs ₹200 and adding a further Driver costs ₹100, each including GST. Other fees, for example for updating details, are shown on our Pricing page.
- Commission. We charge a commission of 10% of the total fare of each completed ride. It is deducted from your Wallet. Taxes, if any, are shown on your invoice.
- We may change fees or commission. We will tell you on the Platform before a change applies to new rides. If you do not agree, you may exit under Section 12.
- We issue GST invoices for our fees and charges.
6. The Wallet
- The Wallet is voluntary. You are not required to top it up beyond the amount credited at registration.
- Commission, fees, cancellation and late charges, and misconduct charges are taken from the Wallet. Because all of this is charged to the Vendor Account, your Wallet balance can go below zero. A negative balance is an amount you owe Gogo Cabs.
- If your balance is negative, we may stop sending new rides, suspend the Vendor Account, and recover the amount from later credits and from any refund due to you, until it is cleared.
- The Wallet is usable only for amounts owed to Gogo Cabs. It earns no interest, cannot be transferred, and cannot be withdrawn except on exit as described in the Wallet, Refund and Charges Policy.
7. Rides and payment from Customers
- Customers pay at the end of the trip, directly to the Driver, by cash, UPI or card. Customers are not charged in advance.
- Collect only the fare agreed in the booking, together with any extra charge that applies under the booking terms and that the Customer has been told about. Never demand extra money from a Customer. Giving a receipt when asked is required.
- Accepting a ride is a commitment. Please read Section 9 about cancellations and late arrival.
- You are responsible for all Drivers' acts and omissions on the Platform and on rides. Any issue caused by a Driver is treated as your issue, and any charge or amount due because of it will be charged to your Vendor Account.
8. Standards of conduct
You and your Drivers must:
- reach the pickup point on time, keep the Customer informed, and keep the vehicle clean, safe, roadworthy and comfortable;
- carry valid documents and follow all traffic, permit and motor vehicle laws. Do not drive after using alcohol or drugs, and do not exceed passenger limits;
- be polite, and never abuse, harass, threaten, discriminate against or unsafely treat Customers, other Drivers, or Gogo Cabs staff and office executives;
- not demand extra money, misuse Customer information, or use it for anything other than the ride;
- not use, share or allow another person to use the Vendor Account or a Driver's login, and not let an unregistered person drive a listed vehicle;
- not give false information, create fake rides, or try to tamper with GPS, photos or ride records.
The performance standards in our Service Standards also apply.
9. Cancellations and late arrival
- If you or a Driver cancel a ride after accepting it, cancel at the last minute, do not turn up, or arrive late without a valid reason, a charge may be applied to your Wallet.
- Valid reasons include a vehicle breakdown, an accident or medical emergency, a Customer who cannot be reached or does not show up, a Customer asking for an unlawful or unsafe trip, and wrong booking details. Please tell us as early as possible.
- The amount depends on the circumstances, including the ride fare, how close to pickup time you cancelled, and the inconvenience caused. It will be reasonable, and never more than any limit that applies to us under law.
- When a Customer cancels after a driver is assigned, the cancellation charge the Customer pays is credited as far as possible to the Vendor Account, as compensation for the reserved trip.
10. Complaints and charges for misconduct
- We take complaints about behaviour seriously. Misconduct includes, for example, abuse or harassment of a Customer, demanding extra money, unsafe driving, fraud, and misbehaviour towards Gogo Cabs staff or office executives.
- Where misconduct is substantiated, we may charge an amount to your Wallet. The amount is not fixed. It depends on the type and seriousness of the misconduct, who was affected, the ride value and the loss caused, and it will be reasonable in the circumstances.
- Before charging, we will tell you in writing what happened and the amount, and give you 7 days to respond. We may act sooner in urgent safety cases, and will then still give you a chance to respond.
- Repeated or serious complaints may also lead to warnings, suspension of a Driver or vehicle, or termination of the Vendor Account.
- If you think a charge is wrong, you can contact our Grievance Officer (Section 15).
11. Data, calls and location
- You may use Customer details only to complete the ride they were given for. Do not keep, share or contact the Customer for any other purpose.
- Calls with Gogo Cabs may be recorded and analysed for support, quality and safety. Vehicle location and GPS information may be collected when you use GPS features or carry out rides, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Insurance data sharing consent. By registering, you consent to us sharing specific vehicle insurance information with authorised insurance providers so they can offer insurance renewal services. The information shared is the vehicle registration number, make, model and year, insurance expiry date, the Driver's name and contact number, and the vehicle type. You can withdraw this consent at any time through the app settings or by contacting support. Withdrawing it does not affect your other use of the Platform.
12. Suspension, termination and exit
- You may leave at any time by asking us to close your Vendor Account. We will check for ongoing rides and dues, and your Wallet will be settled as described in the Wallet, Refund and Charges Policy. At least 10% of the Wallet balance is deducted on exit, and the rest is refunded within 7 days, subject to any amounts owed.
- We may suspend or terminate your account or any Driver or vehicle if you breach these Terms, your documents are invalid, there are serious or repeated complaints, there is fraud or a safety risk, or you leave a negative Wallet balance unpaid.
- Amounts you owe and our rights under these Terms continue after the account ends.
13. Insurance, liability and indemnity
- You are responsible for keeping valid commercial insurance on your vehicles, and for accidents, damage, injury, fines, challans and tolls arising from the use of your vehicles and Drivers.
- We are not responsible for disputes between you and a Driver, or for any loss caused by the acts of you or your Drivers. You are responsible for what your Drivers earn, are paid, and are owed, and for compliance with laws that apply to you as their principal.
- To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to Gogo Cabs in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit.
- You agree to compensate us for losses, claims and reasonable costs that we suffer because of your or your Drivers' breach of these Terms, misconduct, or unlawful acts, to the extent they arise from your or their fault.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Platform use and intellectual property
The Gogo Cabs name, logo, Platform and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only for the purposes of these Terms. Do not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or try to get unauthorised access to the Platform. Feedback you give us may be used by us without payment.

17. General

- Whole agreement. These Terms, together with the policies listed in Section 1, are the whole agreement between you and Gogo Cabs about the Platform. If they conflict, these Terms prevail.
- Severability and waiver. If any part is unenforceable, the rest continues. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
