These are the fees and commission charged to your Vendor Account. Full details are in the Wallet, Refund and Charges Policy and the Terms.

Registration

Commission on rides

Adding and updating vehicles and Drivers

Cancellation, late arrival and misconduct charges

These are not fixed amounts. They depend on the circumstances, such as the ride fare, how close to pickup the cancellation happened, the type of misconduct and the loss caused. They will be reasonable, and never more than any limit that applies to us by law. See Sections 7 and 8 of the Wallet, Refund and Charges Policy.

Customer cancellation compensation

When a Customer cancels after a driver is assigned, the cancellation charge the Customer pays is credited, as far as possible, to your Vendor Account.
